01 About DKC
Who we are, where we manufacture, and what we produce.
DKC Bullets is a high-volume ammunition components manufacturer producing brass cases, FMJ and JHP projectiles, buckshot, slugs, and lead products. Production capacity exceeds 40 million components per month, and a US warehouse in Kissimmee, Florida handles domestic supply for American customers.
DKC Bullets is the manufacturer, not a reseller. Every production step is in-house: lead processing, bullet drawing, brass case forming, automated optical inspection, and final packaging.
DKC products are manufactured at the company’s integrated production facility in Turkey. The US warehouse and logistics hub in Kissimmee, Florida stocks and ships products domestically, so US customers order locally with logistics handled by DKC.
DKC was founded in 2009 as a family-owned lead processing operation and has grown into one of its region’s largest ammunition component manufacturers, adding 9mm projectile production in 2018, brass case production in 2019, and a US warehouse in 2021.
Total capacity exceeds 40 million components per month: up to 15 million 9mm brass cases, 15 million 9mm FMJ bullets, 5 million 9mm JHP bullets, 5 million 5.56 FMJ bullets, and 5 million 7.62×39 FMJ bullets, plus buckshot, slugs, and lead products.
DKC Bullets supplies ammunition manufacturers, distributors, shooting ranges, and commercial reloaders — and welcomes every order size, from a single sample case to recurring full-container supply agreements.
DKC is ISO certified, NATO certified, and an AFEMS member. Products are manufactured to NATO and SAAMI-compatible specifications and comply with CIP standards where applicable.
02 Products &
Specifications
Calibers, materials, packaging, and what’s coming next.
DKC manufactures 9mm (115gr, 124gr, 147gr FMJ and 124gr JHP bullets plus brass cases), 5.56mm/.223 (55gr M193 and 62gr SS109/M855 bullets plus brass cases), and 7.62mm (7.62×51 NATO and 7.62×39 FMJ bullets). A 7.62×39 steel case is launching soon. DKC also produces buckshot, 12-gauge slugs, and lead raw materials.
DKC FMJ projectiles are available with brass jackets (CuZn30) or gilding metal jackets (CuZn10), depending on the product. All bullets use laser-gauged lead cores for weight and dimensional consistency.
Bullets ship in 2000-piece or 2500-piece boxes depending on the product, and 9mm brass cases in 5000-piece boxes. Crates, palletized shipments, and full container loads are supported for volume orders.
Yes. DKC offers sample sets — for example 100 9mm brass cases plus 100 bullets — through the Order Free Samples page, so buyers can verify quality before committing to a larger order.
The 7.62×39 steel case is in DKC’s production pipeline and launching soon. Buyers can pre-register through the contact form for priority allocation and launch pricing.

03 Ordering & Pricing
Minimums, quotes, payments, and combining products.
No. DKC Bullets has no minimum for standard products — a single case can be ordered directly from the online shop. The only minimum is for OEM custom headstamp production: 1 million rounds per caliber and design.
Submit the pricing request form with caliber, estimated quantity, and order type (one-time or recurring). The DKC team responds with pricing and availability. Smaller quantities can be purchased directly from the online shop without a quote.
Yes. DKC manufactures both, so loading operations can source matched brass and projectiles from one supplier in a single shipment — no coordination between vendors required.
Yes. DKC supports recurring orders and long-term supply agreements, dedicating production capacity to customers on fixed schedules. Capacity exceeding 40 million components per month allows DKC to hold delivery commitments at scale.
The online shop accepts standard checkout payments. For volume and recurring orders, DKC accommodates wire transfer and arranged terms for established accounts — payment terms are confirmed with the sales team when the order is placed.
04 OEM & Custom
Headstamp
Your brand, our factory — minimums, fees, and process.
OEM custom headstamp orders require a minimum of 1 million rounds per caliber and headstamp design. There are no additional tooling or setup fees beyond standard product pricing.
No. DKC does not charge tooling or setup fees for custom headstamp production — customization is included in the standard product price. Over 100 customized orders have been delivered to manufacturers worldwide.
Custom headstamp production is available on 9mm and 5.56mm brass cases. Buyers can contact DKC about additional calibers as production lines expand.
Yes. OEM orders are manufactured entirely to the customer’s brand specification — the headstamp carries the customer’s identity, not DKC’s, with full confidentiality.
Send brand name, caliber, quantity, and headstamp requirements through the pricing form or info@dkc-us.com. DKC responds with pricing and lead time, produces an engineering sample for approval, then scales to full production.
05 Shipping, Warehouse & Logistics
US warehouse, customs, lead times, and international supply.
DKC operates a US warehouse and logistics hub at 1758 Business Center LN, Kissimmee, FL 34758. Orders ship domestically from this facility — from single boxes to pallets and full containers — with logistics handled by DKC.
No. DKC handles all logistics and documentation on its side. US customers order from the US warehouse and receive a domestic delivery.
Lead times depend on product, volume, and current warehouse inventory, so DKC quotes a specific lead time with every pricing response rather than publishing fixed promises. Production is planned around customer delivery windows.
Yes. DKC supplies customers across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. International logistics are arranged by the DKC team — contact sales with the destination and volume.
Yes. Full container loads are routine for DKC’s high-volume accounts, with dedicated production capacity and end-to-end logistics. Smaller orders ship with the same handling from the same US facility.
06 Dealers &
Partnerships
Applying, requirements, and what dealers receive.
Licensed firearms businesses — established distributors, retailers, and expanding operations holding a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) — can apply through the Become a Dealer application.
A valid FFL and a sales tax certificate, both uploaded with the application form. The tax certificate documents wholesale transaction taxes correctly.
Approved dealers receive access to wholesale pricing, reliable supply from the US warehouse, and dedicated support. Dealer pricing is activated promptly after the FFL is verified.
Once DKC receives and verifies a valid FFL and tax certificate, dealer pricing access is granted promptly — typically within a short review window. The team confirms by email.

Quality
Standards, inspection, and documentation.
DKC is ISO certified, NATO certified, and an AFEMS member. Brass cases and projectiles are manufactured to NATO and SAAMI-compatible specifications and comply with CIP standards where applicable.
